Do I need a doctor to refer me to a physiotherapist?
Patients do not need a referral to seek out physiotherapy services as physiotherapists are primary care providers. However, some private insurance companies do require a doctor’s referral. Please check with your private insurance company before making an appointment.
Are sessions covered by my insurance?
Physiotherapy sessions can be claimed through your extended health coverage with your private insurance provider.
Do you direct bill to my insurance provider?
Yes, we bill directly to the insurance provider. Please call to check with insurance companies we are currently able to bill to.
How much coverage do I have?
Every policy is different so you will have to check with your insurance provider. We do not have access to your policy as a service provider.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
As per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require a 24 hour notice. Any cancellations or no shows within24 hours will be subject o a $20 cancellation fee.
Do you accept ICBC and WorkSafe BC claims?
Yes, currently we accept ICBC claims. However, we do not take any WorkSafe BC claims.
